b. Restored 50 minute Private session

Our world is missing peaceful spaces where we can get quiet, breathe, heal our spirit and nourish our souls. In your private session, I will create a personalized practice to help you restore your spirit and nourish your soul. Your session will be developed using the practices of yin yoga, gentle yoga, and mindfulness meditation. You need not know anything about yoga or meditation to join me. You need not have any experience at all. You only need to show up and be willing to cultivate a life free from distractions and rich with tranquility.
