Sara Talbert is a third generation Denver native. She is a classically trained Pilates Master Instructor with Peak Pilates and is PMA certified. Sara has been a full time Pilates instructor since 1998 and attended the University of Colorado with a B.A. in Kinesiology. She is married to Joe Talbert, has three children, two dogs and loves the outdoors; running, cycling, skiing and hiking. She is also the founder of b. ride, a small group indoor cycling program for those that like Watts and want a kick in the pants. Sara loves music, gardening, cooking and empowering others through Pilates.
Kelly is a Colorado native who has three beautiful children and is married to Oyvind Gulbrandsen. She has been in the fitness industry since 2004 and is a competitive stair climber, loves the outdoors and finds peace through art and journaling. She graduated from Colorado State University with a major in Health and Exercise Sciences. She is also NASM, PMA, Peak Pilates Certified and a graduate Kathy Grant’s Heritage Training Program. Kelly believes Pilates and weights go hand in hand in developing the body. She uses personal training and Pilates to inspire people to live their best life.
Samantha comes to us from Texas and moved to Denver after spending 6 years in NYC. She graduated from Baylor University with a BFA in Theatre Performance. After earning her comprehensive certification at Balanced Pilates NYC to supplement a life of performing, she began to realize that delving into this incredible method and working as a movement educator was where her purpose met her passions. Samantha’s mission is to empower every client to discover his or her own fitness potential through a thorough, authentic, and caring approach to her teaching. Samantha and her husband enjoy hiking, cooking healthy meals, singing, decorating, and trying new foods.
Beth D'Angelo is joining us all the way from Hawaii where she has spent the last 14 years. She grew up in Great Falls, Montana before moving to Denver to grow her children and career in fitness. Moving to the Big Island of Hawaii gifted her in amazing experiences. The island kicked her into coordinating the fitness program for the Four Seasons Hualalai, finding a spiritual foundation and expanding the Pilates, Yoga, Meditation nd Sound Vibration Healing that has shifted many into their own empowerment. Beth has been in the fitness sand wellness training since 1987...and it never gets old!

Dennis Mellon studied Physical education at State University of New York at Cortland. Dennis is a Master Instructor for Stages Indoor Cycling and is a Co-Owner of b. ride, a small group indoor cycling program using Stages bikes and the Flight training program.
Kiki has lived in most of her life in Colorado, graduating from the University of Denver, after a beloved stint in the Bay Area. She has two kids. One in college, the other finishing their senior year in high school. Kiki has always been passionate about fitness, trying every trend that surfaced. In 2004, she discovered Pilates-based exercise and has been hooked ever since. She’s been trained in mat pilates, reformer pilates with a focus in myopatterning, LaGree fitness and barre. Most recently she was the co-owner of the now closed Fab Method Pilates.
Kiki has a high energy style of teaching, offering an endless variety of routines and flows, to keep the workout challenging and fresh. She loves to inspire and motivate clients to do and be the best version of themselves.
Heather was born and raised in Louisiana. She attended college at the University of Kansas and graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts. She’s lived in Colorado for 17 years with her husband and their 3 children and has dedicated her time and love to her family since then. Heather took her first Pilates class 6 years ago with her now mentor Sara Talbert. A runner, hiker, skier, and cyclist, Heather is always moving her body. Pilates has added to her strength, stability and her passion for living a happy and healthy lifestyle. Her love of and commitment to her Pilates practice inspired her to become certified in 2022. She brings an authentic heart to her own practice and to her clients, listening carefully to their needs and helping them meet their own fitness and health goals.
Debra is originally from Nebraska and has lived in Colorado for a little over 23 years so she calls Colorado home. She attended the Denver School of Massage Therapy and has been a licensed massage therapist for 8 years. She is naturally a deep tissue therapist but can definitely do lighter work. She has a passion for improving her clients' quality of life by helping the body heal itself. She considered herself a Trigger Point Therapist. Debra will try to help any way she can so the client feels better and improved when they leave her table.
