Kelly Gulbrandsen, Owner and founder of SWEAT LOVE SOUL

Kelly is a Colorado native who has three beautiful children and is married to Oyvind Gulbrandsen. She has been in the fitness industry since 2004 and is a competitive stair climber, loves the outdoors and finds peace through art and journaling. She graduated from Colorado State University with a major in Health and Exercise Sciences. She is also NASM, PMA, Peak Pilates Certified and a graduate Kathy Grant’s Heritage Training Program. Kelly believes Pilates and weights go hand in hand in developing the body. She uses personal training and Pilates to inspire people to live their best life.

Sara Talbert, Owner

Sara Talbert is a third generation Denver native. She is a classically trained Pilates Master Instructor with Peak Pilates and is PMA certified. Sara has been a full time Pilates instructor since 1998 and attended the University of Colorado with a B.A. in Kinesiology. She is married to Joe Talbert, has three children, two dogs and loves the outdoors; running, cycling, skiing and hiking. She is also the founder of b. ride, a small group indoor cycling program for those that like Watts and want a kick in the pants. Sara loves music, gardening, cooking and empowering others through Pilates.

Molly Sanders, Pilates Instructor

Molly's fitness motto: It takes time, dedication, willpower, and at times sacrifice. She promises you this, when you reach your goal, it will have been worth it all!

Roberta Hughes, Pilates, Yoga and Meditation Instructor

Roberta will have you sweating, while standing beside you in the most patient and peaceful way. Her calm demeanor pairs well with her uncanny ability to get you engaged!

Erin DiCamillo, Pilates Instructor

Erin uses her knowledge of classical Pilates, anatomy, dance and gymnastics background to tailor her workouts and makes them yours.
