Kelly is a Colorado native who has three beautiful children and is married to Oyvind Gulbrandsen. She has been in the fitness industry since 2004 and is a competitive stair climber, loves the outdoors and finds peace through art and journaling. She graduated from Colorado State University with a major in Health and Exercise Sciences. She is also NASM, PMA, Peak Pilates Certified and a graduate Kathy Grant’s Heritage Training Program. Kelly believes Pilates and weights go hand in hand in developing the body. She uses personal training and Pilates to inspire people to live their best life.
Sara Talbert is a third generation Denver native. She is a classically trained Pilates Master Instructor with Peak Pilates and is PMA certified. Sara has been a full time Pilates instructor since 1998 and attended the University of Colorado with a B.A. in Kinesiology. She is married to Joe Talbert, has three children, two dogs and loves the outdoors; running, cycling, skiing and hiking. She is also the founder of b. ride, a small group indoor cycling program for those that like Watts and want a kick in the pants. Sara loves music, gardening, cooking and empowering others through Pilates.

Dennis Mellon studied Physical education at State University of New York at Cortland. Dennis is a Master Instructor for Stages Indoor Cycling and is a Co-Owner of b. ride, a small group indoor cycling program using Stages bikes and the Flight training program.
Diane grew up in the midwest and is very excited to now call Denver home. Over ten years of moving around the country in her former career with the Air Force, Diane discovered the amazing benefits of Pilates. Always an active person, she gave it a try one day and quickly saw her run times decreased, back pain relieved, and overall health improved. Diane received her training from the STOTT Corporate Training Center in Toronto, ON and is passionate about sharing her love of movement with you
