In this class, I will guide you through yin yoga postures and teach mindfulness meditation techniques to help you get quiet, breathe and nourish your spirit. Up to 4 people in each class.

Tone and stretch your body with our 50 minute tower classes taught on a tower system from New York. Up to 6 people in each class.
A gentle class combining breathing, meditation, and restorative yoga postures to leave you feeling centered, relaxed and restored. Up to 4 people.
Gentle yoga and meditation
When our minds are restless and busy, gentle movement and breath can help us let go of thoughts and touch into stillness. I will guide you through gentle yoga postures that will leave your body feeling relaxed and your mind feeling more at ease. No experience is needed. Show up in comfortable clothes and bring your curiosity. Up to four people in each class.
