Our world is missing peaceful spaces where we can get quiet, breathe, heal our spirit and nourish our souls. In your small group session, I will guide you through the practices that have helped me heal my spirit and nourish my soul - yin yoga, gentle yoga, and mindfulness meditation. You need not know anything about yoga or meditation to join me. You need not have any experience at all. You only need to show up and be willing to cultivate a life free from distractions and rich with tranquility.
